CHASING KURT - “FAMILY GUYS”
Dope opening track, dope album (regardless some too vocal-laden tracks and cheesy lyrics). ‘Nuff said.

MODERAT - “THERAPY”
I was going to upload “Milk” off Moderat’s new sophomore effort “II”. However, tumblr seems to have something against that. Oh well,…go buy the album, it’s a good one - this comes from someone who is not a fan of this collaboration. As long as “Milk’s” not up, this one represents their work just fine.
CATCHING FLIES - “THE LONG JOURNEY HOME”
“The Long Journey Home” off the eponymous EP with excellent remixes by Sun Glitters and Village. Big sound, big thing to come!
BANKS - “IN YOUR EYES” (PETER GABRIEL COVER)
Very interesting cover by hypechild Banks… really give it a shot (in case you dig some Rihanna-esque pop) and compare it to the original track by Peter Gabriel.
SIGUR RÓS - VAR
The last piece and my favorite one on their last album Kveikur (I know, it somehow slipped under my radar before). The rest is a little more (post-)rocky. Go listen now!
SPACE DIMENSION CONTROLLER - “CHELONIA”
Some proper atmosphere in this track, which reminds to finally give the new album a listen.
MARIUS FUNK - “LATELIGHT MIX”
It’s been quite a while and finally I managed to record a new mix. This time it is for Basel-based radio show Tuningbox. I turn to some darker and heavier vibes this time with new tracks by Recondite, Leon Vynehall and Jimpster for instance, and also a lot o UK-influenced music like Four Tet and GoldFFinch.
FOREST SWORDS - “THOR’S STONES”
Beloved weirdos, sound nerds and music fanatics, behold this beauty. Ok, all jokes aside, here is a new one by the mysterious Forest Swords (after 3 years they actually uploaded something on their soundcloud) and it seems like a new release is coming up. Praise the gods… oh man .. seriously, I need to stop goofing around and need to watch less Game of Thrones. Now listen already!
BOARDS OF CANADA - “NOTHING IS REAL”
This must be my favorite crop by Boards of Canada’s latest work “Tomorrow’s Harvest”. With all the hype sorrounding its release, I must say that eventually it does not live up to its expecations, although it is a rather good effort by the Scotsmen. Well, as you sow, so you shall reap.
GOLD PANDA - “REPRISE”
Last track from “Half Of Where You Live”, the new album by the Goldest (superlative, eh!?) of all Pandas. If you get the trippy mood in this one, I highly recommend listening to the whole release.
